Role Description

The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of suspension springs, fabricated parts, and sub-assemblies to Automotive OEMs and other customers.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, visiting customer sites, conducting technical discussions, and presenting product solutions that meet customer requirements. The Senior Sales Engineer will also manage existing accounts, prepare and follow up on quotations, coordinate with Engineering and Production teams, and ensure timely order execution.

The position requires regular field travel within the region, tracking market trends, gathering customer feedback, supporting product trials, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities





* Identify and develop new business opportunities with Automotive OEMs and other customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Manage key customer accounts and support repeat business.
* Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
* Understand customer requirements and propose suitable product solutions.
* Prepare quotations and coordinate quotation follow-ups.
* Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other internal teams for customer requirements and order execution.
* Support recent product development, product trials, and customer approvals.
* Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for business growth.
* Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
