Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Marketing Coordinator role based in Chennai. The Sales Marketing Coordinator will support the planning and execution of sales promotion and cross-promotion campaigns with oil and FMCG partners, coordinating activities between internal teams, clients, and vendors. The role includes assisting with event planning at fuel stations and other venues, managing campaign timelines, tracking deliverables,
and ensuring marketing materials are prepared and deployed on schedule. The coordinator will help gather and organize customer data from campaigns, prepare basic reports, and support sales presentations and proposals. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining documentation, handling routine client communication, and contributing to content for sales collateral and campaign communication.
