Role Description This is a full-time, in office Production Engineer role based in Nagpur. The Production Engineer will oversee daily production operations for pre-engineered buildings and structural steel items, ensuring that manufacturing schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating production activities, monitoring workflow, optimizing processes, and resolving operational issues on the shop floor. The role also involves collaborating with design,



procurement, and quality teams, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.
Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams and shop floor personnel.
Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
Experience in steel fabrication, structural engineering, or pre-engineered buildings is an advantage.
Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and basic production management tools/software.
