Experience Required:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the medical equipment / devices. Focusing on tender business
Knowledge Required:
Prior experience in working with large buyers - Corporate & Government Hospitals & Large procurement groups.
Familiar with techno-commercial bids & tenders in medical equipment / devices manufacturing industry.
Educational Qualification Required:
Diploma/BA/B Com/ B Tech/BE in Any Specialization
Technical Skills Required:
-Should have experience in using portals - IREPS, Gem, etc
-Proficient in computers with full knowledge on MS Office, Windows etc.
-Work with internal & external stakeholders - procurement groups in getting the accurate specifications (technical), conducting the pre sales demo so as to ensure timely submission of the tender
-Build market intelligence based on the healthcare budget allocated by government to various upcoming recent hospitals in order to build a robust pipeline
-Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations




-Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
-Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
-Contribution in cost and price calculations
-Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
-To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications;
-To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review;
-To coordinate customers bid requirements within the various departments such as planning, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Production, etc., collate and compile all queries and requests for additional information for communication to customers;
