This role is a client side deployment where the resource will be working at a VC funded client location day to day with the different department heads, learners and founders.

Role Description The L&D; Capability Building Partner is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. It has an equal contribution of three parts - which the same person will be able to execute enabled by Lumos

1) Learning Needs Assessor - All tools, process & concept.
2) Content Planner and Creator - for any tool, process & concept.
3) Training Execution - Online, In Person or Blended. Client has employees Pan India.





Qualifications
Experience in learning and development, capability building, instructional design, or related fields, with the ability to design structured learning journeys.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication, with the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.
Comfort with digital learning tools and platforms, and an interest in immersive or experiential learning methods.
Ability to analyze learning needs, define measurable outcomes, and use feedback or data to refine programs.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Prior experience in consulting, corporate training, or program management is an advantage.
Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered approaches and openness to experimenting with new learning formats.
