Title: Senior Integration Engineer – FHIR / HL7 / APIs
Location: Hyderabad (WFO)
Experience: 8–12+ Years

We are looking for experienced Senior Integration Engineers with strong expertise in Healthcare Interoperability to design, develop, and support complex integrations across healthcare systems and EMR platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop healthcare integrations using FHIR, HL7, REST APIs & middleware
• Build scalable integration services using Java, Spring Boot & Apache Camel
• Develop workflows, mappings, transformations and routing logic
• Lead integration solution design and architecture discussions
• Troubleshoot complex production and integration issues
• Optimize integration performance, reliability and scalability
• Collaborate with architects, EMR vendors, product teams and stakeholders




• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level engineers
• Support CI/CD, cloud deployments and DevOps practices

Required Skills:
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years of Healthcare Integration experience
• Strong hands-on experience with HL7 v2.x & FHIR/FHIR R4
• Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices & Apache Camel
• RESTful APIs and API lifecycle management
• Healthcare systems, EMR/EHR, HIE or payer integrations
• Robust debugging, troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
