About Monvue

Monvue is a cosmetic contact lens brand building a new category of coloured lenses in India — making contact lenses feel as effortless and mainstream as makeup.

We’re looking for a Brand & Creative Designer who can help shape how Monvue looks, feels and communicates across every touchpoint.

The Role

This is not a role for someone who simply executes design briefs.

We’re looking for someone with exceptional visual taste, strong creative thinking and an obsession with details — someone who can take an idea and turn it into something beautiful, relevant and distinctly Monvue.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Head to develop creatives and visual concepts across social media, advertising, campaigns, website, packaging and the broader brand.

What You’ll Do

* Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, Reels covers and other social content
* Develop creative concepts for campaigns and product launches
* Create high-quality performance marketing creatives for Meta and Google
* Design website banners, landing-page visuals and product graphics




* Work on packaging, inserts, cards and other brand collateral
* Adapt creator/UGC content into polished Monvue creatives
* Develop moodboards, visual references and creative directions for shoots
* Help build and maintain Monvue’s visual identity across all touchpoints
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing Head to turn marketing ideas into strong visual concepts
* Experiment with new design styles, formats, AI tools and creative trends
* Take ownership of projects from concept to final execution

What We’re Looking For

* 1–3 years of experience in graphic/brand/digital design
* A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and visual taste
* Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour and layout
* Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Figma
* Ability to create both static and basic motion/video creatives
* Solid understanding of social media and digital-first design
* High atte
