WE’RE HIRING | ASSOCIATE – CARBON MARKETS / ESG

Dantaya Advisors is assisting one of its clients in hiring an Associate to work closely with the CEO’s Office and Growth Office.

Our client is an India (New Delhi)-headquartered organisation operating in the carbon markets and climate action ecosystem, working with project developers, verification bodies, corporates and other stakeholders across the carbon-credit value chain. The organisation is currently entering an important phase of business expansion, commercialisation and institutional growth, with several current strategic initiatives being developed.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine business coordination, analytical ability, stakeholder management, and business development in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO’s Office & Growth Office in coordinating and supporting various business functions and initiatives

• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, partners and other business constituents





• Assist in preparing high-quality management presentations, business reviews and decision-support material

• Support selected Business Development initiatives, partnerships and market-development activities

• Support management in evaluating new business opportunities and strategic initiatives

• Conduct market, industry and policy research related to carbon markets, ESG, sustainability and climate action

• Prepare project concept notes, proposals, reports, presentations, charts and management summaries

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

• An MBA with 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in Carbon Credits, Carbon Markets, ESG, Sustainability sectors (Internship in similar sectors will be considered)

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Strong research, analytical, report-writing and presentation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
