We are expanding our business development team and looking for energetic, target-oriented Business Development Executives for our Pune and Bangalore markets.

Role Overview
As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, conducting business discussions, scheduling meetings and converting prospects into paying clients.
You will play a key role in expanding CalxMap's B2B client network.

Location: Pune / Bangalore
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
Generate current B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, networking and other channels.
Identify potential clients across colleges, universities, corporates, EdTech companies and training organizations.
Understand client requirements and present relevant CalxMap solutions.
Schedule and conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.




Prepare and share proposals, quotations and commercial discussions.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Negotiate with clients and support deal closure.
Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records.
Achieve monthly lead-generation, meeting and revenue targets.
Build long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
Coordinate with the internal operations and expert teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Ideal Candidate
1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / EdTech / SaaS / Recruitment / Training Services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
Ability to identify decision-makers and build relationships.
Strong follow-up and closing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good understanding of LinkedIn and digital lead-generation methods.
