Role Description The B2B Lead Generation Executive will work full time on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, focusing on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business clients for BJM Health’s digital physiotherapy solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, building and maintaining prospect lists,



conducting outbound calls and emails, and engaging with decision-makers to schedule product demos and meetings. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on marketing campaigns, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. The Executive will also analyze lead generation performance, share insights to improve conversion rates, and represent the company professionally in all interactions with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare networks.
Qualifications
Robust lead generation and prospecting skills, including researching potential B2B clients and building qualified pipelines.
Solid communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in outbound calls, emails, and virtual or in-person meetings.
Experience using CRM or sales engagement tools to manage leads, track activities, and report on progress.
