Role: Associate - Live Shows | Full-time, in-office, Gurgaon | Reports to Founder

What you'll actually do:
Pitch and close live shows — artists, comedians, bands, campus IPs — with colleges across India
Build and own relationships with college fest organisers, cultural secretaries, and student promoters — from first contact through the show and beyond
Handle artist logistics on show days — riders, travel, accommodation, on-ground coordination
Coordinate vendors on the ground — sound, lighting, stage, security, hospitality
Keep cost sheets and vendor payments accurate and current




Travel hard through fest season (August–March) — recces, advance visits, show days
Contribute to post-show reports and debriefs

Stipend: up to ₹3.5L CTC plus no Incentive Cap.
