Role Description The Site Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at project sites. This position coordinates between design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure that work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Daily tasks include monitoring project progress, verifying material deliveries, maintaining site documentation, and reporting issues or delays to project leadership.



The Site Coordinator helps enforce safety protocols, supports scheduling and resource planning, and resolves on-site queries to keep projects running smoothly. The role requires consistent presence at sites, proactive communication, and a structured approach to managing multiple tasks.
Qualifications
Strong site coordination skills, including daily supervision, task tracking, and interface with contractors and vendors.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, technical details, and construction documents.
Experience with basic project management practices such as scheduling, progress reporting, and documentation.
