Role Description The Assistant Manager Medical Coding role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves overseeing daily medical coding operations, ensuring accurate and compliant coding across various specialties and claim types. Responsibilities include monitoring coding quality and productivity,



reviewing complex cases, addressing coding discrepancies, and providing guidance to coding teams. The Assistant Manager will support training and mentoring initiatives, collaborate with clinical and operations teams to resolve coding-related queries, and contribute to process improvements and adherence to regulatory standards. The role also includes reporting key performance metrics, supporting audits, and helping maintain updated coding guidelines and policies.
Qualifications
Clinical and medical knowledge, including a solid foundation in Medicine and exposure to Clinical Research.
