Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development (Field Sales) role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with some flexibility for work from home.



The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with production houses, event planners, agencies, and direct clients. The team member will conduct market research, visit clients on-site, present company services, and negotiate proposals and contracts to drive revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating with internal creative and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role also includes representing the brand at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to expand market presence.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, handle client queries, and maintain long-term relationships.
