Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Borivali. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business customers, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting IndiaMART’s platform solutions to drive supplier engagement and revenue growth.



Daily activities include conducting client meetings and calls, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable subscription plans, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing periodic sales reports, coordinating with internal teams to support client onboarding, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive is expected to meet assigned sales targets, stay updated on market trends, and represent IndiaMART’s values in all external interactions.
Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and deal closure.
Customer relationship management abilities, with a focus on consultative selling and long-term client engagement.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining digital products and services clearly.
