Position Overview
NuVista Technologies is looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Sales Manager based in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating recent business, managing the complete sales cycle, developing strategic partnerships, and selling enterprise technology solutions to mid-market and large organizations.
The role requires experience in consultative selling of ERP, cloud, software, AI, or IT services to senior business and technology decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for NuVista’s technology solutions and services.




Generate qualified opportunities for:
Oracle NetSuite implementation, support, integration, and managed services
Custom ERP and business applications
AgentCallBack AI Voice Agent solutions
Application development and digital transformation services
Identify and approach potential customers through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, referrals, events, channel partners, and existing networks.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and discovery to proposal, negotiation, closure, and handover.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand customers’ business challenges, processes, technology environments, budgets, and decision-making criteria.
Work with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and product specialists to prepare suitable solutions and proposals.
Build relationships with C-level executives, business owners, IT leaders, finance heads, sales leaders, and operations teams.
