About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative, trend-sensitive and execution-oriented Social Media Manager who understands that social media is not simply about posting content — it is about building attention, creating conversations and turning content into growth.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, viral/trending Reels, content psychology, audience behaviour and social media growth strategies.
You will be responsible for developing the social media strategy, identifying content opportunities, coordinating with the creative team and ensuring that every piece of content is purposeful, relevant and capable of generating solid engagement.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
Build monthly and weekly content strategies aligned with brand objectives.




Identify content pillars, recurring formats, campaign themes and growth opportunities.
Continuously analyse what is working and modify the strategy accordingly.
Develop strategies specifically focused on reach, engagement, followers, brand positioning and conversions.
2. Instagram & Algorithm Expertise
Stay highly updated with Instagram algorithm changes, ranking signals and emerging platform features.
Understand what drives Reel reach, watch time, retention, shares, saves, comments and profile visits.
Identify trending audio, formats, hooks, editing styles, transitions and content structures.
Understand why certain Reels go viral and translate those learnings into original brand content.
Track trends early and ensure the brand participates before the trend becomes saturated.
