Job Description – MEP Billing Manager

M Moser Associates India is looking for an experienced and accomplished MEP Billing Manager for its interior fit-out design & build projects.

You will be working with M Moser’s India team to deliver design & build projects to our global and Indian clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing the billing schedule for running bill submission per the agreed vendor Purchase Orders.
Active involvement in preparing project billing schedules for clients and contractors.
Maintaining an accurate record of executed work i.e. reports after verification of quantities and running bills.




Checking and approving the quantities for all variations.
Verify rate analysis for all non-tendered item claims.
Maintain the billing progress with emphasis on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Client bill preparation and verification of sub-contractor bills
Checking the final quantities and approving the quantities of the final bills.
Plan the work schedule for quantity verification and monitor the construction activity for bill submission.
Inspecting the work as per architectural & engineering drawings and maintaining the inspection record.
Assisting the Project Team with the reconciliation & certification of final bills of contractors, suppliers, vendors and consultants for the project.
Prepare the project close-out report.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and Project Engineers to ensure that the measured works are in accordance with the project drawings and plans.
Assist the Project Leader/ Contract
