Role Description This full-time remote Human Resources Intern role supports Mentorque’s HR operations and people-focused initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The intern will help coordinate onboarding activities, assist with employee benefits queries, and contribute to personnel management tasks such as scheduling, communication, and basic performance-related documentation. The role also involves collaborating with HR leadership on process improvements, participating in HR-related research projects, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth HR functioning in a remote environment.
Qualifications
Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR)
and HR Management, with the ability to support day-to-day HR operations.
Knowledge of HR Policies and basic compliance practices, with interest in learning how to draft and update HR guidelines.
Awareness of Employee Advantages structures and willingness to assist in benefits-related communication and coordination.
Interest or experience in Personnel Management, including maintaining records, supporting onboarding, and assisting with employee engagement activities.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, professional, and inclusive approach.
