Role Description The Videographer role at Offenso Hackers Academy is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for training modules, marketing campaigns, events, and social media channels. Daily responsibilities include setting up cameras and lighting, capturing lectures and workshops, recording promotional material,



and ensuring consistent visual quality across all content. The role also involves collaborating with instructors and the marketing team, organizing raw footage, and working closely with editors to deliver polished, engaging videos that align with the academy’s brand and educational goals.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, managing footage, and supporting post-production workflows.
Proficient Camera Operation and Camera handling, with experience using DSLR or professional video cameras.
Hands-on experience in Lighting setup for indoor and outdoor shoots to ensure clear, qualified visuals.
Ability in Shooting Video for educational content, interviews, events, and promotional campaigns.
Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is highly beneficial.
