Stovekraft Limited is looking for an experienced and execution-focused Manager – Retail Excellence to strengthen our retail operations and support the continued growth of our sales organization.
This role will be responsible for providing strong operational support to the sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies, driving retail projects and initiatives, improving ways of working across stores, and contributing to enhanced sales productivity.

The ideal candidate should bring solid experience in Retail Sales, Channel Development and Distribution Management, along with the ability to work closely with sales teams, franchisees and multiple internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales & Operational Excellence
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team and enable effective execution of sales strategies.
• Work closely with retail teams to identify operational challenges and support faster resolution.




• Drive initiatives aimed at improving overall retail sales productivity and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that simplify and strengthen ways of working.

Projects & Business Initiatives
• Manage current retail projects and initiatives from planning through execution.
• Monitor project progress on a day-to-day basis and ensure timelines and objectives are achieved.
• Manage end-to-end operational projects across the retail store network.
• Ensure initiatives are effectively implemented at the store level and contribute towards business efficiency.

Sales Promotions, Store Launches & Events
• Plan and implement sales promotional activities across the retail network.
• Support individual retail locations during new store launches, promotional activities and events.
• Coordinate and support weekend retail events and other business-driven store activities.
