Role Description The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves managing and growing affiliate partnerships, including identifying potential affiliates, onboarding new partners, and maintaining ongoing relationships. The specialist will plan and execute affiliate campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and optimize strategies to increase conversions and revenue. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal marketing teams, preparing performance reports, analyzing traffic sources,



and ensuring affiliates adhere to brand and compliance guidelines. The role also requires staying current with industry trends and suggesting current approaches to enhance the affiliate program.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns.
Proficiency in Affiliate Marketing to manage partnerships, track performance, and drive conversions.
Solid Marketing knowledge to align affiliate efforts with broader brand and business objectives.
