Role Description The HR and Admin Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.



The HR and Admin Executive will handle employee relations, address routine queries, assist in performance management processes, and support payroll and attendance coordination. Administrative responsibilities include overseeing office administration, organizing documentation, coordinating meetings, and liaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR processes and initiatives.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including documentation, attendance tracking, and coordination with payroll or finance teams.
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with the ability to implement and communicate policies clearly.
