Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role involves identifying potential buyers, presenting property options, conducting site visits, and guiding clients through the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. The Sales Executive will maintain relationships with clients, respond to queries, negotiate terms within company guidelines, and ensure a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities include updating and managing leads,



preparing basic reports, coordinating with internal teams for documentation, and staying informed about local real estate trends and inventory. The role requires a professional approach to client interaction, consistent follow-up, and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients and stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of real estate markets, particularly in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, or willingness to learn quickly.
