? Hiring: Freight Forwarding Executive (Sea Export/Import)

Job Description:
- Handle Sea Import & Export shipments from booking to final delivery.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers, transporters, and customs brokers.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as BL, Invoice, Packing List, and other related documents.
- Follow up on shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Arrange vessel bookings and monitor shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Resolve shipment-related issues promptly and maintain excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding (Sea Import/Export).
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and logistics operations.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
