Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube and other digital channels.
Drive qualified leads and business opportunities through performance marketing.
Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Manage and grow Garuda Aerospace's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms.
Plan and manage monthly social media and content calendars.
Coordinate with creative and content teams for campaigns, videos, blogs, creatives and digital assets.
Develop digital campaigns for product launches, events, exhibitions, drone demonstrations and business initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS and ROI.
Track website and campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio and other analytics tools.




Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to support lead generation and conversion.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports and actionable insights.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and creative partners when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
Robust hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and SEO.
Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization and digital analytics.
Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
Strong content, communication and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects independently.
