Duties &
Responsibilities - Leading operations to ensure highest level of service delivery for customer - Managing the team of Project Managers along with sub project leads for all functional areas involved in Conference and Meetings Management - Communicate with clients and suppliers as necessary to enhance service delivery. - Responsible for team planning timelines, budget and resources. - Sets clear and measurable performance expectations for the team. - Conducts and participates in daily and weekly operations meetings with team to share daily tasks and activities or feedback on operations or service planning and improvements. - Responsible for cost control and takes steps to improve profitability. - Oversee short and long term
