Role Description The Inside Sales Officer – US Operations is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



responsible for driving revenue growth from US-based prospects and customers. This role involves qualifying inbound and outbound leads, executing structured calling and email campaigns, and managing the sales pipeline in collaboration with the sales leadership team. The Inside Sales Officer will conduct product demos over phone or video, nurture relationships with prospective clients, and coordinate closely with channel partners and internal stakeholders to move opportunities through the sales cycle. Daily activities include maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing basic sales reports and forecasts, and ensuring high standards of customer service for existing and potential clients. The role also requires staying current on SEQURETEK’s cybersecurity solutions and market trends to effectively communicate value propositions and handle common customer objections.
