Role Description The Technical Sales Engineer will work in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Jamshedpur, with some flexibility for work-from-home. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective customers, understanding their sheet metal forming and automation requirements, and proposing suitable CNC and automation solutions.



Daily tasks include preparing and delivering technical presentations, conducting product demonstrations, responding to technical and commercial inquiries, and creating quotations and proposals. The Technical Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure accurate solution design, smooth order execution, and solid post-sales support. The role also includes regular customer visits, market research, participation in trade shows or industry events, and maintaining CRM records to support sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines, industrial automation systems, and sheet metal forming processes, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear value propositions.
Experience in technical sales, application engineering, or business development within manufacturing, machine tools, or related industrial sectors
