Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Business Development Manager based in Kanpur.



The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships that align with W3villa’s technology and service offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, preparing and delivering client presentations, coordinating proposals and RFP responses, and negotiating contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders. The role involves closely working with technical and marketing teams to position solutions effectively, track market trends, and provide feedback that supports product and service improvements. The Business Development Manager will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and representing the company at industry events and client meetings.
