Role Description The Director of Sales and Marketing will lead the overall sales and marketing strategy for the hotel in Amritsar, driving revenue growth, market share, and brand visibility. This full-time, in office role oversees the development and execution of sales plans, marketing campaigns,



and partnerships to attract corporate, leisure, group, and MICE business. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and coaching the sales and marketing team, setting performance targets, analyzing market trends and competitors, and optimizing pricing and distribution channels in alignment with IHG brand standards. The role also collaborates closely with the General Manager and other department leaders to ensure cohesive commercial strategies, high-quality guest experiences, and effective use of digital and offline marketing channels. The Director will represent the hotel in key industry events and maintain strong relationships with travel trade, corporate clients, and local stakeholders.
