Role Description The Senior Civil Structural Engineer will lead the structural design and review of residential and commercial projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include preparing and checking structural designs, drawings, and calculations; coordinating with architects, MEP engineers, and site teams; and resolving technical issues during construction. The role involves conducting structural analysis,



reviewing material specifications, supporting site inspections, and providing guidance on construction methods and quality standards. The engineer will also contribute to project planning, risk assessment, and documentation, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating closely with project management. This is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to building and infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Structural Analysis, including the use of relevant design codes and analysis/design software.
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and timeline/budget tracking.
