Role Description This is a full-time Business Development Executive role based in Ernakulam with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, initiating outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, presenting PixelBoho’s services, and preparing proposals and pricing.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and tracking performance against sales targets. The Executive will contribute to refining business development strategies and representing PixelBoho at relevant events or networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong new business development and lead generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting opportunities.
Solid understanding of business and marketing fundamentals, with the ability to align client needs to PixelBoho’s consulting and strategy services.
Excellent communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
Experience in account management, with the ability to maintain long-term client relationships and support ongoing project needs.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or growth
