Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including managing key accounts, developing recent business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends in the paper industry, and identifying opportunities to expand the customer base. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams for pricing, logistics,



and customer support, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and orders. This role also involves mentoring the sales team, supporting their performance, and representing the company at client meetings and industry events as needed.
Qualifications
Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
