Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meta/Google Ads Expert to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic Meta/Facebook and Google advertising campaigns to achieve KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROAS.
Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviours.
Create compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
Monitor, analyse, and optimize campaign performance to maximize results and ROI.




Implement A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital advertising.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and analytics teams to align advertising campaigns with business goals.
Prepare regular reports and provide insights on campaign performance, trends, and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a track record of achieving KPIs.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and messaging.
