Role Description

The Media & Events Associate will work full-time on-site at the Global Academy of Technology campus in Bengaluru South. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing institutional events while managing media and promotional activities across digital and offline platforms.

The associate will coordinate with internal departments, media teams, photographers, videographers, designers, and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of events and timely delivery of promotional content.



Responsibilities include overseeing the creation of posters, brochures, videos, social media creatives, event coverage, and promotional campaigns while maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels.

The role also involves managing institutional social media platforms, documenting campus activities, coordinating event logistics, and promoting academic achievements, admissions, conferences, workshops, cultural events, and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage institutional events, conferences, workshops, seminars, cultural programs, and outreach activities.
Coordinate with internal departments, faculty, vendors, photographers, and videographers for seamless event execution.
Oversee the design and development of promotional materials, including posters, brochures, banners, standees, invitations, and digital creatives.
