Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Testing and Validation Engineer role based in Gurugram. The Testing and Validation Engineer will plan, develop, and execute test procedures for vehicle systems and components, ensuring performance, reliability, and safety standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing validation plans, performing functional and regression tests, analyzing test data, identifying root causes of issues, and collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions.



The role also involves documenting test results, maintaining validation reports, supporting continuous improvement of testing frameworks, and ensuring compliance with relevant quality and manufacturing standards.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Functional Verification and Validation, including developing test plans, test cases, and validation protocols for complex systems.
Candidates should possess skills in RTL Design and Debugging to understand system behavior, analyze failures, and work closely with engineering teams on design improvements.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Valuable Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and related quality standards to ensure that testing and validation processes align with production and regulatory requirements.
