Job Summary

The Assistant Accountant supports the Accounts Department in maintaining
accurate financial records, preparing accounting documents, processing daily
accounting transactions,



and ensuring timely documentation. The role assists the
Accountant in statutory compliance, invoice processing, reconciliation, inventory
accounting, and maintaining organized financial records.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of
working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations
 Assist in maintaining books of accounts in Tally Prime.
 Record daily accounting transactions accurately.
 Prepare accounting vouchers and supporting documents.
 Verify invoices and maintain accounting records.
 Support month-end accounting activities.
GST & Tax Support
 Assist in preparing GST-related data.
 Organize statutory documents for review by the Accountant and Chartered
Accountant.
 Maintain proper filing of tax-related documents.
Banking & Reconciliation
 Assist in bank reconciliation activities.
 Record banking trans
