Role Purpose
The Head of Maintenance will be responsible for leading the complete maintenance function for the company’s electric bus and electric truck fleet, ensuring high fleet availability,



reliability, safety, cost efficiency and optimal vehicle performance.
The role will oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance, technical diagnostics, workshop operations, OEM coordination, spare-parts management, maintenance planning, warranty management and development of a robust EV maintenance strategy across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. EV Fleet Maintenance
Lead maintenance operations for electric buses and electric trucks across all operating locations.
Ensure maximum fleet availability and minimum vehicle downtime.
Develop and implement preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs.
Monitor vehicle health, recurring failures and maintenance trends.
Establish maintenance standards and SOPs for different EV platforms.
2. EV Technical & Diagnostic Management
Provide technical leadership for EV powertrain and vehicle systems, including:
