Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role is based in Bengaluru and is designed for freshers interested in building a career in sales and growth. The role includes identifying prospective customers, generating and qualifying leads,



and conducting market research to understand customer needs and trends in the edtech sector. Day-to-day responsibilities involve delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to parents and partners, following up on inquiries, and supporting conversion from leads to enrollments. The Business Development Associate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets while promoting BrightCHAMPS’ mission and offerings.
