Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and performance-driven Branch Manager / Branch Head to oversee branch operations, drive business growth, manage client relationships, and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with HNI, corporate, and retail clients.
Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
Monitor daily and weekly team performance and achieve business targets.
Organize investor meets, promotional activities, and cross-selling initiatives.
Branch Operations & Compliance
Oversee day-to-day branch operations across equity, commodity,



and investment products.
Ensure smooth handling of pay-in/pay-out, documentation, and client grievances.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Monitor risk management and operational processes.
Prepare and submit branch performance reports to the Regional Manager.
Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, mentor, and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular training on products, communication, sales, and compliance.
Build a positive and performance-driven work culture.
Address team concerns and maintain discipline within the branch.
Ideal Candidate Profile
4–6 years of experience in Financial Services, BFSI Sales, Branch Operations, Wealth Management, or related fields.
Proven experience in business development and team management.
Solid understanding of financial products and investment services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
