About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Performance Marketing Lead to lead our performance marketing function.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Ads and a robust ability to translate business objectives into high-performing, measurable campaigns. This role will be responsible for shaping campaign strategy, optimising performance, managing budgets, leading a team and delivering measurable growth across a diverse client portfolio.
You will work closely with creative, analytics, account management, SEO, social media and technology teams to build integrated campaigns that drive qualified leads, revenue and long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities




Lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Shopping, App and remarketing.
Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with each client’s business goals, target audience, funnel stage and growth priorities.
Oversee campaign structure, keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding, budget allocation and conversion-rate optimisation.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CVR, customer acquisition cost, lead quality and revenue contribution.
Analyse campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and scale.
Manage high-value advertising budgets and multi-client portfolios while maintaining strong performance standards and turnaround timelines.
Ensure robust conversion tracking, attribution and reporting through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manag
