Job Overview

We are looking for a Visa Consultant to join our team in Calicut. The role involves handling visa enquiries, documentation, application processing and client coordination while ensuring accurate and timely service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client enquiries related to visa requirements and procedures.
Assist clients with visa documentation and application preparation.
Review and verify visa applications and supporting documents.
Guide clients throughout the visa documentation and application process.




Follow up on applications and provide timely updates to clients.
Coordinate with clients regarding missing or additional documents.
Maintain accurate records of visa applications and client documentation.
Stay updated on visa requirements, procedures and documentation changes.
Handle client queries and resolve documentation-related issues.
Coordinate with visa application centres, embassies and consulates when required.

Requirments

0–2 years of experience in visa consultancy, visa processing, travel or a related field.
Freshers with relevant knowledge and a strong interest in visa services are also welcome to apply.
Valuable knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures.
Knowledge of international visa processes will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and document verification skills.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
