We incubate viral consumer brands for the US and EU markets and scale them until they become independent companies.

Building brands is the part we've solved. The harder problem now is everything underneath: supply chains that hold, customer experience that doesn't degrade as volume climbs, entities in the right jurisdictions, IP registered in the right places, and filings that never slip. You'd own all of it.

What you'll do

Operations across the portfolio

You are the ultimate owner of every operational function across our brands.
Own supply chain timelines end to end, and the decisions that keep launches and restocks on schedule.
Own CX outcomes across email, live chat and phone. Response times, resolution rates, CSAT, and the cost of serving a customer as volume grows.
Operationalise new initiatives and departments,



including hiring the people to run them.
Build the systems and reporting that tell you which brand is about to have a problem before it has one.

Corporate and legal

Lead corporate structuring and IP management across the studio and its portfolio.
Act as the single point of contact for external counsel in every jurisdiction we operate in. You'll brief them, manage them, and own the relationships.
Stand up current entities in new jurisdictions from scratch, and spin brands out into them as they mature.
Support equity structuring, ownership and cap table decisions, and finalise intercompany agreements.
Take the lead on compliance across the portfolio, and keep it ahead of where the brands are heading rather than catching up after the fact.
Own trademark strategy and prosecution: clearance searches before we commit to a name, filings across relevant classes and territories, oppositions, renewals, and enforc
