Role Overview
We are looking for an AWS AI/ML & GenAI Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and operate scalable AI/ML and Generative AI platforms on AWS. The role will focus on MLOps, LLMOps, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, observability, and production AI operations supporting lending, risk, and customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production ML, LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI workloads on AWS.
Build end-to-end ML pipelines using Amazon SageMaker and Model Registry.
Implement MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, prompt management, and GenAI evaluation.
Deploy GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, RAG, and vector databases such as OpenSearch/Pinecone.
Design cloud infrastructure using Terraform/CloudFormation, Docker, and Amazon EKS.
Build pipelines using CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
Develop AI/data workflows using S3, Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, Redshift, and DynamoDB.
Implement observability using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana,



and ELK.
Ensure security, governance, reliability, SLA/SLO compliance, and cost optimization.
Collaborate with AI Architects, Data Scientists, and Platform Engineers to create reusable MLOps/LLMOps frameworks.
Required Skills
AWS: SageMaker, Bedrock, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, OpenSearch.
MLOps/LLMOps: ML pipelines, Model Registry, CI/CD, model monitoring, prompt engineering, GenAI evaluation.
DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform/CloudFormation, GitHub Actions/Jenkins/CodePipeline.
Programming: Solid Python and Bash; FastAPI preferred.
Monitoring: CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
Experience with RAG, LLMs, AI agents, and production AI systems.
Banking, lending, risk, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus.
