Role Description The Client Relationship Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact, and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, coordinating property viewings and investment discussions, maintaining accurate records of client interactions,



and supporting client onboarding and documentation. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to address client needs, preparing basic reports and updates for management, and proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen client engagement and retention. The Client Relationship Executive is expected to uphold professional communication, represent Avito Homes’ values, and contribute to a client-centric service culture.
Qualifications
Strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills to handle client portfolios and ensure consistent service delivery.
Demonstrated Client Relations and Relationship Building abilities to maintain trust, understand client needs, and foster long-term partnerships.
