Desired Skills

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.

Experience: 10-12 years of hands-on experience in product validation, reliability testing, or test engineering preferably in sensors or automotive, medical domain
Experience in DV/PV test plan preparation, test execution, data analysis and test reports.
Solid knowledge of environmental, mechanical, and electrical testing methods.
Demonstrated expertise in vibration testing (random, sinusoidal, swept-sine), mechanical shock, and combined temperature-vibration environments.
Proficiency with vibration control systems and shaker hardware (e.g., Data Physics, LDS, IMC, or equivalent platforms).
Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., LabVIEW, Python) and data acquisition systems.
Expertise in ISO 17025, IATF, AEC-Q qualification Test methodologies is a must.
Skilled in use of DAQ, Oscilloscopes, Lab Instruments,



Pressure / Vibration / Humidity, Climatic chambers, etc

Job Overview

The Senior Test Engineer will play a critical role in the setup, execution, and analysis of DV, PV, and Qualification testing for sensor products including Pressure, MEMS, Resolver, Humidity, and Position Sensors, with a primary focus on Vibration Testing, Combined Temperature and Vibration (CTV), Mechanical Shock, and Environmental Reliability Testing. This role demands deep hands-on expertise in mechanical and environmental stress testing, strong analytical capability, and thorough command of international test standards and methodologies. Operating from the central T&V; Lab in Bangalore, the engineer collaborates closely with global engineering teams to ensure all validation activities meet defined standards, cost targets, and schedule goals. A key dimension of this role is also the active mentoring, coaching, and capability development
