Key Responsibilities
1. Finance Controlling
Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations across the organization.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans, and long-range financial planning.
Drive cost control, profitability improvement, and working capital optimization.
Monitor cash flow, treasury, banking relationships, and funding requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and regulatory inspections.
Strengthen internal financial controls, governance, and enterprise risk management.
Develop MIS dashboards and provide actionable financial insights to the CFO and business leaders.
2. Business Partnering
Support the CFO in strategic decision-making and financial planning.
Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Commercial, HR,



and Operations to improve business performance.
Evaluate business cases, capital expenditure proposals, pricing decisions, localization initiatives, and investment opportunities.
Monitor plant performance, inventory, product profitability, and operational KPIs.
3. Strategic Projects
Lead and execute high-impact strategic initiatives, including:
ERP upgrades, and finance digitization.
Business transformation and process excellence initiatives.
Automation of finance and operational processes.
Cost reduction and productivity improvement programs.
Working capital transformation projects.
Manufacturing cost optimization initiatives.
Financial due diligence for acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
Business restructuring and organizational transformation.
Current plant, new business, or expansion project financial governance.
4. Leadership & Governance
Function as the second-in-command to the CFO.
