About the Role:

Threatcop is looking for a Head of Marketing to own and scale the marketing function as we grow our People Security Management (PSM) footprint across 30+ countries. This is a leadership role for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution — setting the marketing vision for the business while staying close enough to the work to shape campaigns, coach the team, and defend results with data.
You'll report directly to leadership and be responsible for building Threatcop's brand and demand engine in the B2B cybersecurity/IT space, while mentoring and scaling a high-performing marketing team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Own the overall marketing roadmap — brand, demand generation, content, and product marketing — aligned to company revenue and growth targets.
Team Building & Management: Hire, lead, and mentor a cross-functional marketing team (content, social, performance, design); set goals, review performance, and build a strong marketing culture.
Demand Generation & Paid Media: Own the strategy (not just execution)



for integrated paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta — setting budgets, targets, and ROI benchmarks, and holding the team accountable to them.
Brand & Content Strategy: Define Threatcop's brand voice and positioning in the PSM/cybersecurity category; guide content strategy across web, social, and campaigns to ensure consistency and impact.
SEO & Web Growth: Set the strategic direction for organic growth — keyword strategy, site architecture, and content investments — using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SE Ranking, and SEMrush to track progress and course-correct.
Email & Lifecycle Marketing: Oversee email marketing strategy to nurture leads and support the sales pipeline, ensuring it's tightly integrated with broader campaigns.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Champion a solid point of view on industry trends, competitor moves, and buyer behavior; translate in
