Curiousinfyy Media is looking for a Script Writer & Social Media Strategist to join our team in Thane.
This isn’t a role where you simply write captions or scripts and move on.
We’re looking for someone who can think, strategize, create and drive growth.
What will you work on?
You’ll be responsible for strategizing and driving the social media growth of personal brands and business pages across platforms.
Your role will include:
• Developing content strategies for personal brands & businesses
• Researching trends, competitors, audiences and content opportunities
• Writing high-retention scripts for short-form & long-form content
• Creating content pillars, series and storytelling frameworks
• Turning business goals into social media content strategies
• Planning monthly/weekly content calendars
• Analysing content performance and identifying what is actually driving growth
• Optimising hooks, topics, formats and CTAs based on performance
• Working closely with the creative, editing and client success teams




• Staying updated with social media trends, formats and platform changes
• Helping clients build authority, trust, audience and business growth through content

Who are we looking for?
Someone who:
→ Understands why content works, not just how to write it
→ Has strong research and storytelling skills
→ Can write hooks that make people stop scrolling
→ Understands Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn content
→ Thinks in terms of growth, retention, reach and business outcomes
→ Can understand a founder/expert/business and translate their expertise into content
→ Is comfortable taking ownership instead of waiting for instructions
→ Is curious, creative and obsessed with learning
Prior agency experience is a plus, but strong thinking matters more than years of experience.

Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month in-hand + Performance-based bonus on results
